Hey folks,

On the eve of the New Year, I’ll be hosting a casual voice hangout to ring in the new year together. This isn’t a performance or a structured event—just a place to talk, relax, and spend the night with other chill people who want to hang out and maybe make a few new friends.

Ways to Enter the Gathering

TeamTalk is the main meeting place for the gathering. If you are familiar with TeamTalk, this is the preferred way to join.

How to Enter Voice Chat

  1. Join the server using the invite link above.
  2. Navigate to the Start Here category.
  3. Open the rules channel.
  4. Click the 👍 reaction on the rules message to unlock the server.
  5. Go to the Voice Channels category.
  6. Join the General voice channel.

Once inside, you’ll be able to hear and speak with others attending the gathering.

🌙 Matrix

A Matrix room will also be active with a live voice call during the event.

You’ll be able to join the voice call directly from the room if your client supports it.

Conduct of the Gathering

This space is meant to be welcoming and enjoyable.

  • Discrimination of any kind is not tolerated.
  • Harassment, hostility, or deliberate disruption will result in removal.
  • This is a place to relax, connect, and enjoy the turning of the year—not a place for cruelty or posturing.

If you cannot respect others, this gathering is not for you.
