Voice Direction

Clint should sound worn, restrained, and emotionally exhausted beneath controlled composure. His voice carries the weight of someone who has survived too much for too long without ever truly stopping to recover. He is not emotionless, but he has learned to bury most reactions beneath dry pragmatism and constant forward momentum.

There should still be traces of the person he once was—humor, compassion, protectiveness—but all of it feels weathered by grief and repetition. When anger or pain surfaces, it should feel dangerous precisely because he usually keeps it contained.

Audition Script / Demo Lines

“You learn eventually. Winning and surviving are not always the same thing.”

“Hope isn’t enough. I know that better than anyone.”

“I’m still fighting. I just stopped believing the world would thank me for it.”
